Phase 1: Aerial Combat

Stormterror Dvalin will first appear in his aerial form, circling above you while attacking with wind-based abilities and Pyro and Electro breath attacks. Here’s how to manage this phase:

Avoid Dvalin’s Breath Attacks: Stormterror will breathe Pyro and Electro attacks from the air. Be ready to dodge when the red area appears, signaling the attack. Tip: Keep moving and be cautious of Dvalin’s movements. He will swoop low and make his next attack, so stay on the move.
Targeting Dvalin’s Weak Points:: During this phase, you can target the four glimmering crystals on Dvalin’s wings. These are his weak points and should be attacked with ranged characters (like Archers or Catalysts). If you’re playing close-combat characters, it’s best to shoot at them using the Wind Currents to help you aim at these weak points. Tip: Characters like Fischl, Amber, or Venti work excellently here due to their ranged attacks.
