The Kamisato siblings getting their Envisaged Echoes in the same version of Genshin Impact is a nice surprise, especially since version Luna V is quite a filler version with nothing new to explore. Fortunately, their Envisaged Echoes provides a new challenge for those who want to test their skills, with cosmetic as the rewards. This guide will help you complete the Envisaged Echo challenge for Ayato in Genshin Impact.

How To Complete Kamisato Ayato Envisaged Echo in Genshin Impact

Recommended Ayato Build

Ayato is the only character that can be used in the challenge, and he will use the build that you have (not using Trial Character). Thus, you need to build him properly before entering the challenge.

  • Weapon: Haran Geppaku Futsu (5⭐) / Crit Swords (5⭐) / Crit Swords (4⭐)
  • Artifact: Heart of Depth
  • Stat: ATK% | Hydro DMG Bonus | Crit
  • Talent: Prioritize Elemental Skill > Elemental Burst > Normal Attack

The following is my build that completes the challenge (in the video above), so you can use it as a reference to build an even better one:

Pillar of Fortitude

Challenge Objective:

Defeat all opponents within the time limit.

Special Rules:
– In the “Pillar of Fortitude” challenge, there will be a Leader. The Leader also has Attendants that serve as its guards. Each Attendant will increase the Leader’s All Elemental RES and Physical RES by 50%. The Attendants will restore the Leader’s HP every 5s, with each Attendant able to restore 35% HP. When there are no Attendants on the field, the Leader will lose the above enhancement and restoration effects.
– In the “Pillar of Fortitude” challenge, a Pyro amplification device periodically applies Pyro to nearby opponents. Before the Pyro application is removed, the opponents’ All Elemental RES and Physical RES are increased.
– In the “Pillar of Fortitude” challenge, for every Pyro target destroyed, a number of Elemental Particles will be generated. For every 3 Pyro targets destroyed, characters gain a buff that increases ATK SPD by 35% and reduces the CD of Elemental Skills and Elemental Bursts by 35% for 20s.

There is only one challenge for Ayato, and its a combat one. There are 2 waves in total, but don’t think it’s a walk in the park because it’s quite challenging. In the first wave, there are 2 Pyro Fatui on the left, and 3 Fatui soldiers on the right side. The 2 Pyro Fatui are the Leader, while the three mobs are the Attendant.

After you start the battle, go to the right side to defeat the three Attendants first so they can’t heal the Leaders. Remember that Ayato’s positioning matter here so his Skill can hit all three enemies. In addition, make sure to face the Leader like in the image above. The mobs will slowly get staggered backwards towards the Leaders when they got hit by Ayato’s attacks. Once you defeat them, you can instantly moves to the Pyro Fatui.
It’s best if you don’t need to use Ayato’s Burst on the soldiers so you can use it on the Pyro Fatui later, but using it is not a huge problem.

Since the Pyro Fatui have Pyro shield, you really need Ayato’s Skill to remove the shield completely. Only after then can you deal damage on them. Since his Skill is on cooldown after using it on the mobs, that’s why it’s best if we don’t use Burst before so we can use it now. But waiting for a few more seconds so his Skill cooldown ends is also an option.
Note that these Fatui will be stunned for ~10 second after you destroy their Pyro shields.

In the second wave when there are 2 Kairagi, three balloons will also spawned alongside them. Here, place your Ayato in the middle of the balloon and use his Burst. Then, use his Skill to destroy the balloons and deal damage to the Kairagi. Remember to keep an eye out on both of the Kairagi’s HP.

Since the time is too limited, you really need to defeat them both (almost) at the same time or one of them will restore half their HP if the other one died alone. You really don’t want that to happen. When using Ayato’s Skill, try to attack both of them at the same time which may be hard because they move a lot. If you can’t do that, attack the nearest Kairagi, then attack the other one to make sure their HP have almost the same amount.

Do the same thing when a second set of balloons appear. Use Ayato’s Burst in the middle of the balloon, use Skill to explode the balloon, and continue with the Skill to defeat the Kairagi.
In my experience, I didn’t destroy the third set of balloons because the Kairagi’s HP is already around 5%, so I continue using Ayato’s Skill on them. But if you think you have a higher chance of success by destroying the balloons, feel free to chase after the balloon.
