Following your induction into the Knights of Favonius, it’s time to address the looming threat of Stormterror.

In the “Winds of the Past” quest, you’ll team up with Amber to explore the Temple of the Falcon and neutralize the elemental disturbances within.

This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough to help you navigate the temple, overcome challenges, and secure valuable rewards.

Walkthrough

1. Meet Amber at the Temple

Exit Mondstadt through the main gate and head southeast. Amber awaits near the Temple of the Falcon. Engage in conversation to learn about the temple’s significance and the mission ahead.

2. Enter the Temple of the Falcon

Approach the temple entrance and interact with the door to access the domain selection screen. Choose “Deep Within the Temple of the Falcon.” Amber will temporarily join your party as a trial character, equipped with her bow and Pyro abilities.

3. Explore the Temple’s Depths

Inside the temple, you’ll encounter various obstacles and enemies:

Burning Brambles: Use Amber’s charged Pyro shots to ignite and clear Dendro brambles blocking your path.
Elemental Sight: Activate Elemental Sight to identify interactive objects and enemy weaknesses. This will highlight elements like Dendro shields carried by hilichurls, which are susceptible to Pyro attacks.
Combat Encounters: Utilize Amber’s abilities to defeat hilichurls and other foes. Aim for explosive barrels to deal area damage. Deploy Amber’s Explosive Puppet, Baron Bunny, to distract enemies and create strategic advantages.
Wind Currents: Activate Pyro monuments to generate wind currents. Use these currents to glide across gaps and reach elevated areas.

4. Destroy Stormterror’s Crystal

At the temple’s climax, you’ll find a crystal pulsating with Stormterror’s energy. Attack the crystal until it’s destroyed, neutralizing the elemental disturbance.

This action completes the primary objective of the quest.

Enhancement Ore: 3

These rewards will aid in character progression and equipment enhancement.
