Gakuen Idolmaster has just announced Katsuragi Lilja as a new additional idol joining Gakuen Idolmaster’s STEP3 expansion.
The PV confirms her casting (CV: Kana Hanaiwa) and formally introduces her into the academy-based branch of the Idolmaster series.
Gakuen Idolmaster is a school-themed entry in Bandai Namco’s long-running The Idolmaster franchise. Set within an academy environment, the game places players in the role of a producer guiding aspiring idols as they train, perform, and develop both their skills and personal stories.
Unlike earlier entries that focus on established talent agencies, Gakuen Idolmaster centers on students balancing idol training with campus life. Players build relationships with individual idols, shape their growth through structured progression systems, and prepare them for performances and public activities. The game continues the series’ blend of character-driven storytelling, music performance elements, and long-term producer management.
