The official trailer for Sound! Euphonium: The Final Movie Part 1 has been released, confirming a theatrical premiere date of April 24, 2026. To celebrate, the entire anime series (including all three TV seasons and every theatrical film) is now available for unlimited streaming on Amazon Prime Video as of March 1.

This year, the Kitauji High School Concert Band sets its goal on winning the National Competition Gold Award. Today, you decided to aim for it; don’t forget that. I love Kitauji, where first-years and third-years can compete on equal footing, and move forward together to one shared goal. Don’t use being a beginner as an excuse, this is serious, serious! Compared to last year, the atmosphere in the band is intense. After all, it’s just a club activity. Our final wish: National Gold, win it. Together with everyone here, blowing away all our frustrations and doubts, the greatest twelve minutes, I want to give the best performance and go to Nationals! Kitauji can make it!

The movie looks like it will focus heavily on the band’s final wish, which is winning the National Gold. It’s a story where students from all years must move forward together toward one shared goal without making excuses.

I personally love this anime because it shows first-years and third-years competing on equal footing to create something beautiful. I hope the Kitauji Orchestra Team can win the Gold Medal because after everything they’ve been through, seeing them achieve that “National Gold” would be the perfect ending.

If you’re planning to see the new movie when it opens on April 24, 2026, don’t miss out on the third round of mubichike cards. They went on sale March 6 and come with a limited-edition “Tuba-kun” sticker bonus, which is a perfect collectible for any dedicated fan.
