Season 3 of the anime “The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, Really Love You” is officially set to broadcast in July 2026, following the release of a brand-new teaser PV and the announcement of a special talk event at AnimeJapan 2026.

What if we all want to stand on stage together? Even amateurs can become idols because the dream is free. If it is all of us, it will definitely be the absolute best stage. Let’s do our best, Rentaro Family!

I personally love this series because it is a best romantic comedy that manages to be both a comedy and incredibly heartwarming at the same time. The way Rentaro treats every single one of his girlfriends with “high-level sincerity” makes for a story where everyone feels like a main heroine.

Based on the new teaser, the upcoming story will follow the Rentaro family as they take on the challenge of becoming idols. It’s going to be a blast watching them perform their new song, “HAKOBUNE ~100 nin nottemo daijoubu~,” and seeing their family bond grow even stronger through this new idol journey.

What’s even more exciting is the upcoming AnimeJapan 2026 special talk event held at the TOKYO MX booth on March 28, 2026. While the teaser PV gave us a first listen to the voices of new heroines Iin Chiyo and Nadi, their voice actors remain a mystery. These “secret guests” will be officially revealed on stage alongside Wataru Kato (Rentaro Aijo). If you can’t make it to Tokyo Big Sight, the event will be streamed live on the Bandai Namco Filmworks YouTube channel.
