The official main trailer for The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten Season 2 has been released, confirming the series’ return date and its new opening theme song.

From now on, I want you to keep me all to yourself, because I’m going to keep you all to myself too. Even if you lose confidence, I’ll be there to support you. Fujimiya? Does your girlfriend know about your old, embarrassing phase? I feel like my whole life up until now was leading me to you, Amane. I only came out of my shell because I wanted to be with you. I can tell that you respect me, Amane, and that you really cherish me. I’m sure there are lots of sides only you get to see. Amane, you’re so into Mahiru, it totally shows. Even if others only now realize how amazing you are, you’re still mine. I kinda want you to save that cute face for when it’s just the two of us. If that’s what you want, I’ll stay by your side. Always. Right next to you. If we’re a couple, isn’t it okay for us to stay over?
This season looks like it will dive deep into their life as a public couple, showing a more confident Amane and a Mahiru who is a bit more possessive, wanting to keep him all to herself. We can expect to see them navigating new milestones together, with the trailer even teasing a “stay over”. Having Masayoshi Oishi back for the opening theme, “Kimi wa Koibito”, is the perfect touch to maintain that sweet atmosphere we all loved from the first season. It’s definitely going to be the feel-good highlight of the spring season!
