Square Enix just dropped the opening movie for the upcoming legendary RPG, Dragon Quest VII Reimagined:
Players will be able to download the free demo on Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam on January 7th, 2026. If you successfully complete the demo, you can carry over your progress into the full game when it releases on February 5, 2026. You can also receive the reward, Maribel’s “Day Off Dress”.
