Ananta looks like a very ambitious project, so it’s no wonder why they have more than 11 million global pre-registrations.
In case you’re new to this project, here is how the official YouTube description describes this upcoming game:
Ananta is an urban open-world RPG with a high degree of freedom where you play as a variety of characters. In this city, the world is your oyster to dig in and explore, from bustling business districts to hidden alleyways. Venture to different neighborhoods and rub shoulders with an intriguing cast of characters as you assemble your own crew for adventure and exploration. Throughout the adventure, players will join forces and take a stand against hidden threats lurking within the shadows or live it up and bask in the urban nightlife under the neon glow of the city. The choice is yours, as calamity and the commonplace intermingle freely. In Ananta, a whole new world is waiting.
Also, here are some core visuals of the main characters:
The Chinese developer Naked Rain is producing Ananta, and it’s being published by NetEase, Inc.

Dante is Editor-in-Chief (Lord Hokage), which means he runs editorial and operations at BrandAnime. That means this whole thing was his idea, and he spends his time making stuff work and covering the latest anime and games. When he's not doing 100 things at once, he's usually... watching anime or playing games. His life isn't that interesting, honestly.
