A hidden workshop is hidden below the huge ship in Blue Amber Lake. By completing The Tale-Telling Heart Quest located in this area, you can unlock said workshop while getting one of the five Proof of Cognoscenti: Stratagema-Cognoscenti’s Mask. This guide will help you to start the quest and completing any puzzles inside it in Genshin Impact.
Genshin Impact Nod-Krai The Tale-Telling Heart Quest Guide
Teleport to the Blue Amber Lake north waypoint, and after arrival, you will immediately hear a dialogue, and this quest will start. Like many other quests, your mission here is to find a treasure chest left by Papa Wrench. The first task is to collect Stellafruit, and deliver them to Sergeant Octopus.
Note: This quest will unlock a hidden underground cave named Abandoned Workshop.
Stellafruit is a star-shaped fruit that can be found in Rippleweeds beside Blue Amber Lake. The quests will navigate you to the nearest Stellafruit. But if you’re having a hard time to find them, look at the image above for the location of the fruits.
There are Rippleweeds that are already open, and some that are closed. For the closed one, you need to find Kuuvahki Dewdrops near the plants, and shoot the dewdrops at the plant so it will open up. Each Rippleweeds have red Kuuvahki Dewdrops near them, you just have to look around the small vicinity for them.
Tips: If the dewdrops are too far away from the plant, once you get the Kuuvahki Dewdrop, turn into Kuuhenki so you can move closer to the Rippleweeds before throwing the dewdrop to said plant.
The two challenges from Sergeant Octopus are not too complex. All you have to do is destroy the Stellafruit using the rocks provided by the challenge.
After completing the challenges by the two Sergeant Octopus, continue following the quest navigation until you reach the next puzzle: you need to find a mole out of two holes. But the mole will keep on cheating, so you’ll need help from the Weasel Thief. Instruct the weasel to stand on any of the two holes, and you can go to the other one to catch the mole.
Inside the Abandoned Workshop, make sure to collect and read the Messily–Scribbled Notes so you can progress through the quest.
After getting the spare part from the Abandoned Workshop, keep following the quest navigation (or the weasel thief) until you reach the surface. The last puzzle is to ride the Moonlanes and collect 8 fragments – you need to navigate around the paths to collect them all.
Tips: Follow another Kuuhenki that will be near the path and you won’t be lost while navigating the Moonlanes.
After collecting all fragments, go to the path that will lead you to the top to continue the quest. There will be no more puzzles after this so you can complete the quest! You can check your Inventory for the Quest Item called Stratagema-Cognoscenti’s Mask.
