Hoyoverse dropped the official character demo for Dialyn, and she’s already shaping up to be one of the wildest Agents coming to Zenless Zone Zero.
The video leans all the way into her “customer service” theme, complete with ruthless phone puns, clipped tones, and the kind of corporate menace Energy that screams “your call is very important to us” right before she beats somebody’s ass.
Dialyn arrives in Zenless Zone Zero 2.4 on November 26th, 2025, launching alongside fellow newcomer Banyue. Together, they headline one of the most stacked additions to New Eridu so far.
Dialyn is absolutely going to be cracked. She’s an S-rank, Physical, Stun-specialty Agent representing the Krampus Compliance Authority, and the way she applies pressure looks absurd. Her entire kit is built around punishing enemies who dare to “not cooperate,” and the demo shows her breaking guards, shredding targets, and laughing through it like it’s light work.
Hoyoverse also leans into her personality hard. Dialyn is a full-on sadist with customer support energy flipped on its head. Every quip hits like a threat disguised as a courtesy. Every attack carries the punchline. And every animation screams that she enjoys her job way too much.
