Oculus has been a collectible in Genshin Impact since the game was first released. Each nation has their own version of Oculus, and Nod-Krai is not an exception. In version Luna I, there are a total of 112 Lunoculus. Now in version Luna IV, there are 80 Lunoculus for you to find in the new Nod-Krai expansion in Genshin Impact.
All 80 Lunoculus Locations in Genshin Impact Nod-Krai Luna IV
There are 3 new sub-region in Genshin Impact Nod-Krai called Ashveil Peak, Wavechaser Plain, and Voidsea Outlook. Because these three are not divided by islands like the area in Luna I (Paha Isle, Lempo Isle, and Hiisi Island), these new areas may seem small. But it’s actually really big, hiding hundreds of treasure chests and 80 Lunoculus. You can look in the image above for the precise location of each Lunoculus in the new area.
Below will be the detailed walkthrough on how to get all 80 Lunoculus in version Luna IV. Before starting, make sure to complete the following quests as they will unlock certain locked areas and waypoints that you need to go later:
1. Prelude to the Night Vigil Quest Chain
2. Doruud’s Long Poem Quest Chain
3. Return to Sender
4. Echoes of a Forsaken Song
1. First, teleport to the waypoint west of the S7 (short for Statue of the New Moon) in Voidsea Outlook. Then, swim to the south to the small rock for a single Lunoculus.
2. Next, teleport to S7 and head north to the bridge for another one on top of a box.
3. From the previous spot, head southwest for a Cottonspring that will launch you upwards and you will see a Lunoculus on top of a building.
4. Continue gliding to the north and throw a Glimmerfruit to the Lunar Conflux Barrier to melt it down. A Cottonspring will appear and bring you to the Lunoculus in the air.
5. Teleport to Piramida southwest waypoint and use the elevator on the east to reach the Lunoculus.
6. From the previous spot, glide southeast and you will spot a Lunoculus on top of the water.
7. Glide or swim to the small island on the southeast for another Lunoculus (You can use the Moonlane to reach the top of the island).
8. Teleport to Piramida waypoint (the one underneath its name), and head east to see a Lunoculus on top of a roof.
9. From the previous spot, jump down the roof to the north for another Lunoculus on top of a tent.
10. Jump down in the north direction and look down to see a Lunoculus on top of a Moonlane.
11. While you’re still gliding, head southeast for another one on top of a pointy rock.
12. Teleport again to Piramida waypoint and walk north to the edge before jumping down to get the Lunoculus.
13. Continue heading downwards and look to the northeast for atother Lunoculus in the air.
14. Now, use the Piramida west waypoint and you will immediately spot the Lunoculus on the northwest.
15. From the previous spot, walk southwest for a Lunoculus on top of a Cottonspring.
16. Teleport to Dreadshade Mire north waypoint, and head upwards to the northwest for a Lunoculus on top of a train.
17. From the previous spot, head southeast and you will see a wolf in front of a single Mandragora. Defeat the wolf first before throwing two Suffused Mandragora nearby towards the single Mandragora. A Cottonspring will appear and you can use it to reach the Lunoculus.
18. Glide southeast towards the top of a uniquely-shaped rock that looks like vegetable for another one.
19. Continue heading east for a Lunoculus on top of a dilapitated building.
20. Teleport to Dreadshade Mire waypoint (the one underneath its name), and head northwest. Once you see a Mysterious Slothsheep, take its core and plant it in front of a Lunar Conflux Barrier. A Lunoculus inside it will appear afterwards.
21. Head to the S7 in Wavechaser Plain and turn around before climbing the huge tree root. The Lunoculus is at the edge of the branch.
22. From the previous spot, head south for another Lunoculus on the ground, hidden inside a tree.
23. Walk southeast towards the waypoint, and you will see a hole in the ground. Enter the hole and you will get another Lunoculus (right above Meeting Point: The Witch’s Garden).
24. Teleport to Piramida far west waypoint (on the small island), and climb the building in front of you.
25. Now, teleport to “Post Apocalyptic Elysium” waypoint, and enter the main room. You must complete the Return to Sender quest to unlock this location. In the main room, use the terminal to activate the elevator to the F2: Research Zone 1. Continue following the main path and you will reach another elevator. There is a Lunoculus there.
26. Teleport again to the previous waypoint and this time, head to F2: Research Zone 2. Once you enter the door opened by the terminal, look to the first door to your right for a Lunoculus.
27. Turn around and walk to the right path and keep following the path. At one point, in a laboratory with multiple rooms, use the ladder to reach the ventilation and you will see another Lunoculus on the hole.
28. Teleport to Pillar of Embla southwest waypoint and head east for a single Lunoculus on the shore.
29. From the previous spot, look to the west and use the Moonlane to reach the next Lunoculus on top of the rock.
30. Teleport to previous waypoint, turn around, and use the Kuuvahki flower to turn yourself into blue Kuuhenki to enter the red Patches of Mist. Launch yourself to the next blue Pathest of Mist to the Lunoculus.
31. Head northwest for another Lunoculus near the Lunar Conflux Barrier.
32. Continue northwest for another Lunoculus on top of a deer statue.
33. Teleport to Pillar of Embla southeast waypoint, and use the Cottonspring to reach the Lunoculus on top of the tree.
34. While still gliding, head north and use the Moonlane to reach the top of Pillar of Embla. On the Moonlane, you will get another Lunoculus.
35. Teleport to Pillar of Embla southwest waypoint, and use the Cottonspring to reach the Lunoculus on top of the broken gate.
36. From the previous spot, head east for another Lunoculus.
37. Head north for another Lunoculus near the shore.
38. Use the Wing of Keres waypoint and look west for a Lunoculus on top of a rock.
39. The next one is on the northeast, on top of a coral.
40. From the previous spot, continue east and climb the hill to the top for a single Lunoculus.
41. Teleport to Favonius Keep south waypoint, and head south to get the Lunoculus on top of the lighthouse.
42. Glide to the south for another Lunoculus in the air.
43. Teleport to the previous waypoint, and head west before turning yourself to blue Kuuhenki and enter the red Patches of Mist to reach the Lunoculus in the air.
44. Use the Favonius Keep far south waypoint (near the S7), and get the Lunoculus nearby on the water.
45. From the previous spot, continue following the stream to the southeast and you will see a Lunoculus in front of a small waterfall.
46. Head northeast to the small altar and there will be one Lunoculus on top of the branches.
47. Continue heading northeast to the shore, and you will see a Time-Trial Challenge. Complete the challenge as it will provides you a way to reach the Lunoculus high in the air.
48. Teleport to Favonius Keep southeast waypoint and use the lift to reach the middle bridge. There is one Lunoculus there.
49. From the previous spot, use the lift that will bring you higher, and halfway, glide down to the west into a cave. There will be a Lunoculus in the air.
50. Now, teleport to Favonius Keep east waypoint, glide down to the east for a Lunoculus on top of a tree.
51. Use the Meeting Point: Favonius Keep, and climb the mountain on the southeast for an Lunoculus up top.
52. Glide down to the top of Favonius building (on the northwest) for another one.
53. Use the Cliffwatch Camp south waypoint, and head northeast towards the mountain crevices for a s ingle Lunoculus.
54. Drop down to the Sanctum of Departed Heroes for another one underneath the door.
55. Teleport to Amsvartnir waypoint, and drop down to the bottom for a Lunoculus beside the lyre. Note that you need to complete Echoes of a Forsaken Song quest to unlock the hidden island for the next few Lunoculus.
56. Use the Moonlane nearby to get another one along the way.
57. Use the previous waypoint, and climb the building to the top for a Cottonspring. Enter the flower and get the Lunoculus high in the air.
58. Glide to the west for another one on the Moonlane.
59. Use the same waypoint again, and climb the building once more to the Cottonspring. This time, while being launched, head north towards the top of the mountain.
60. Head southeast to the bottom for another Lunoculus on the Moonlane.
61. Use the same Moonlane but goes the opposite way (north). Defeat the Fatui and unlock the door to the container to free a Kuuhenki. It will create a Moonlane that brings you to the next Lunoculus.
62. Teleport to Special Territory Research Institute waypoint and head northeast to the shop for another Lunoculus.
63. Teleport to Meeting Point: Cliffwatch Camp and climb the ladder to your left before climbing a tent.
64. From the previous spot, climb the mountain to the southeast for a Lunoculus at the top.
65. Teleport to Cliffwatch Camp south waypoint, jump to the west for a Lunoculus in the air.
66. From the previous spot, head northwest to the rocks for another Lunoculus.
67. Teleport to S7 near Cliffwatch Camp and head northeast to a mountain crevices.
68. Now, head to Kipumaki Cliff southeast waypoint, and walk north.
69. From the previous spot, keep heading north to the top of the mountain for another Lunoculus.
70. Head east towards the edge of the mountain for another one.
71. Teleport to Kipumaki Cliff south waypoint, use the Moonlane to the left, and get out halfway of the Moonlane to get a Lunoculus to the east. Note that you need to complete Doruud’s Long Poem (When War Songs Rise) quest to unlock the Moonlane.
72. Go back to the Moonlane and keep following it until it enters the underground area for another Lunoculus.
73. Teleport to the previous waypoint, and head southwest for a Lunoculus on top of a pillar.
74. From the previous waypoint, head northwest to the small waterfall for another one.
75. Look to the west and use the Kuuvahki plant to turn yourself into blue Kuuhenki and enter the red Patches of Mist before launching yourself to the Lunoculus.
76. Teleport to Kipumaki Cliff west waypoint (the one that is near the name, not the far one), and climb the dilapitated building
77. From the previous spot, head north to the Cottonspring and launch yourself to the top of the house for a single Lunoculus.
78. Climb the mountain in front of you for another one.
79. From the previous spot,m glide southwest and use the Moonlane to reach the floating platform and get the next Lunoculus. This Moonlane is available after completing the related quest (Doruud’s Long Poem)
80. Finally, glide down to the northeast for the last Lunoculus in the new area in Genshin Impact Luna IV.
