Kuuvahki Experimental Design Bureau is an exclusive Fatui faciltiy in Nod-Krai version 6.0. Travelers can expect this area to hide various lore and of course, treasure chests. But to explore the inside of the bureau, you need to start a quest called The Shoemaker’s Children Go Barefoot. It is a quest under East of the Moon, West of the Sun Quest Chain.

Teleport to Kuuvahki Experimental Design Bureau most south waypoint, turn around facing north, and you can see some soldiers standing with Azalea standing on the platform in front of them. Go to the elevator on the left or right of Azalea and take it.
Note: The whole quest chain will give you 2 Lunaculus cause it’s on the path that you will go.
Once you’re upstairs, go near the two NPCs on the right side to continue with the quest. Once they leave, you can go to the terminal and check the container. Afterwards, get inside the container.
Once inside the facility, go to the stairs on the right (where you can see the Lunaculus) and keep following the path until you reach the World Quest icon further inside.
Reach the waypoint inside the facility first, then before the waypoint is a lift you can use to get upstairs and reach the quest icon.
When the quest starts, you need to hide in the container nearby. The container is right beside the treasure chests (use Elemental Sight if you really can’t find it).
After everything, you need to open the door. Use the terminal to control the cleaning bot and open it from the other side.
Continue with the quest until you need to save the blonde Barbara again. Simply talk to the Fatui, and he will take a break. Then, you can talk to Barbara.
When you finally need to save her, use the terminal again and control the cleaning bot. Take the ID Card from the top of the table and use the road for the bot to reach the other side (Barbara’s side).
Once the bot reaches the other side, you can exit the bot, and the card will still stay there, but it will follow your location. Climb the boxes until you can direct the card to reach the lock.
After that, continue with the quest navigation to the dormitories and archives, as there are no hard puzzles yet. When you need to open the gate at the archive, the strategy is the same as before, where you need to control the cleaning bot through the terminal (make sure to clean the dirt on the ground so the Fatui guards won’t be suspicious) and steal the ID card from the guard.
When you’re fighting the Cutting Edge Fire Support robot, you will get a help from the two huge hammers on the arena. At one point, you will obtain Kuuvahki Energy. If your screen is blue, interact with the red hammer. Then when your screen is blue, interact with the blue hammer.
Then, just follow the quest navigation and defeat some enemies until you reach the outside again. Here, go to the terminal and operate the cleaning bot (break all the boxes in front of the bot so it can move). Move the bot to the tall mechanical item beside Netochka and keep following the quest navigation until the end.
A fair reminder that by completing this quest, you will unlock the Local Legend Raskolnikov after the daily reset. In addition, The Shoemaker’s Children Go Barefoot Quest will also gives you a Quest Item called Weavenexa-Cognoscenti’s Intoxication. This may be important for future quests!
