Entering a new version in Honkai: Star Rail (Version 3.6) means new area, and when there’s a new area, there should definitely be a tons of achievements. This guide will list out all the achievements – hidden and not – for you to collect and get the Stellar Jades.

The Rail Unto the Stars – 8
Like any other achievements under this section, all of them can be obtained by playing the new Trailblaze Mission ‘Back to Earth.’
1) Hearken, Sweet Ebon Night
That’s why I need to go through… Amphoreus or not

Some “memories” must be set on fire as the sacrifice
※ Defeat the ichor memosprite and talk to Evernight directly

9) Dream Across Time, Float Through Life
Use “Dream, Dissolving, as Dew” 10 times in total using ally character Evernight’s Evey
You can get this from the Character Trial showcases. Make sure Evernight keep using her Skill to get Memoria while Hyacine heal the team (Don’t use Castorice Ultimate or RMC’s Mem to prolong to battle). Once Memoris is more than 16, Evernight will deal “Dream, Dissolving, as Dew” (as can be seen in the image above). Do this 10 times in the battle.
10) A Special Blessing
Use March 7th: Preservation’s “The Power of Cuteness” on Evernight. If you don’t have her, borrow an Evernight from your Friend/Stranger list and bring March 7th. Use March’s Skill on Evernight to create a shield and you will get this achievement.
11) You Can Always Trust Dan Heng (TBA)
Provide a total of 100000 Shield value with ally character Dan Heng • Permansor Terrae in a single battle.
12) With Dragons Come Solutions (TBA)
Have “Souldragon” attach to a character with summons and take 5 actions.
13) The Ascension of the Shield Powerhouse
All of “Ichor Memosprite: Judge of Oblivion’s” 3 Single Target attack(s) to the locked-on target hit a Shield
You can get this achievement in both 1st and 2nd phase of Judge of Oblivion. This boss will lock on to one target right from the start (in the Trailblaze Mission battle), and you need to make sure said character have a shield to tank the next 3 single-target attacks.
14) Vindicated by Faith
The ally character targeted by “Name the Culprit” has their HP equal to their Max HP after being hit by “Hemotort Decapitation” from “Ichor Memosprite: Judge of Oblivion”
This skill is only available in phase 2 of Judge of Oblivion. At one point, this boss will enter the Charging state and you are allowed to choose one character to take the damage. In the next action, it will uses “Hemotort Decapitation” to 1 target.
Your character that is being targeted need to be hit by this “Hemotort Decapitation” and have a strong shield to tank all the damages so their HP does not go down at all after this attack.
15) Conservation of Angular Momentum
After “Ichor Memosprite: Winged Serpent” enters the Charging state, trigger multiple “Torque Counter” until its Charging state is dispelled.
You can find this enemy in the new Cavern of Corrosion: Path of Hidden Salvation. First, wait until it enters the Charging state so it will gains “Whirl”. You can see it just like in the image above.
Then, hit this enemy until the “Whirl” stack goes down to 0. Each time hitting this enemy will make it consume the “Whirl” stack to uses “Torque Counter”. So make sure it will uses 5 Torque Counter. The image above shows how Torque Counter looks like.
16) Then a Sapling, Now a Giant Shade
O old and new god of Earth, do you still long for your companions of days past?
※ Glimpse all Fragments of Recollection in “Radiant Scarwood” Grove of Epiphany

17) The Remembrance of None
Complete the final conversation with the mysterious girl… but is it really the final time?
Go to Aeses Elysiae by the Voyager’s Wharf space anchor, and head south to the pier for a Fragment of Recollection. Interact with it to get this achievement.
18) Silence! The Beating of My Heart!
Grieve for a burned heart in “Radiant Scarwood” Grove of Epiphany
Go to the spot above in “Radiant Scarwood” Grove of Epiphany and interact with the “A Heart’s Remains.”
19) Beyond Good and Evil
Stare long and hard into the wordless void in “Radiant Scarwood” Grove of Epiphany
Teleport to Chasmic Geocore space anchor in “Radiant Scarwood” Grove of Epiphany, and go beside the Hidden Passage to look into the distance.
20) Human, All Too Human
Decide with your companions to set forth again in the depths of “Universal Matrix” Great Tomb of the Nameless Titan
Go to the spot in “Universal Matrix” Great Tomb of the Nameless Titan in the image above and investigate the edge of the platform.
21) The Immense, The Minuscule, and Human Awareness
Venture further into the Sealed Chamber in “Radiant Scarwood” Grove of Epiphany to observe the shifting matrix lights
Teleport to Sealed Chamber in “Radiant Scarwood” Grove of Epiphany, and head south to the broken Hand of Zagreus and interact with it.
From achievement #22 to #30, you can get all of them by playing the flagship event “Nice Weather for Dromases.” This event is permanent so you will not miss it.
22) The Super Dimension Dromas
Uncover the special traits of this baby dromas in the “Nice Weather for Dromases” event
23) The Dromasons
Raise your baby dromas to maturity in the “Nice Weather for Dromases” event
24) Off the Charts!
Develop all three stats of your baby dromas to their highest level in the “Nice Weather for Dromases” event
25) A Budding Personality
Little dromas gained a total of 25 unique traits in “Nice Weather for Dromases”
26) All By Myself!
Have your baby dromas finish an exercise session all by itself in the “Nice Weather for Dromases” event
27) “Fetch,” Not “Catch!”

Fathom the Unfathomable – 16
31) City of Ember
Strip away the mythical aura of Scepter δ-me13 and venture into the Great Tomb of the Nameless Titan for the first time
Start the Trailblaze Mission ‘Great Tomb, Hide the Secrets of Incarnations’ and you will reach this location.
32) Venture to the Deep
Board the Central Access Platform of the Great Tomb and venture to the world’s deepest point.
Start the Trailblaze Mission ‘Great Tomb, Hide the Secrets of Incarnations’ and you will reach this location.
33) Eureka!
Complete the ultimate puzzle of “Universal Matrix” Great Tomb of the Nameless Titan
Match the Coreflames on the blocks in “Universal Matrix” Great Tomb of the Nameless Titan. You can refer to my video guide above starting at 10:27.
34) Inefficient Heat Dispersion
Use “time-stop” abilities to pause all ventilation fans in the room
Go to all 4 spots in “Universal Matrix” Great Tomb of the Nameless Titan, and break the Chrono Vessel (the purple thing nearby) to stop the fans from moving.
35) You Didn’t See That Coming
Make it through the ventilation fan without using “time-stop” abilities
Go to any of the fans marked in the previous achievement, and go past the fan without using the Chrono Vessel. If you have Firefly, you can cheat using her Technique. Another character is Hook with her Technique that launches herself forward.
36) Not Your Average Revolving Door
Attempt to pass through the ventilation fan without “time-stop” abilities and fail.
Go to the spot above in Great Tomb of the Nameless Titan, and walk through the moving ventilation fan. Once you get hit by the fan and respawn, you will get this achievement.
37) Food Bubbles and Digestive Enzymes
Swallow a Chest in Bartholos’s POV
Go to Bartholos’s POV in “Radiant Scarwood” Grove of Epiphany, and devour any available chest in this location (There are many here).
38) Zagreus’ Divine Power
Defeat a monster by attacking in Bartholos’s POV
Still in the same general location as the achievement above in “Radiant Scarwood” Grove of Epiphany, find the enemies lurking in this area and defeat them using Bartolos’s bubbles.
39) Fluid Dynamics Missing
Swim for 5 seconds or longer in Bartholos’s POV
Still in the same general location as the achievement above in “Radiant Scarwood” Grove of Epiphany, if you didn’t complete Bartholos’s Troubles Mission in this spot, the area will be flooded with water. Drown your Bartholos.
40) A Piggy Bank Saves
Complete the secret final challenge in Bartholos’s POV
Go to the two Bartholos’s POV in “Radiant Scarwood” Grove of Epiphany, and defeat all Flying Amphoras to complete the challenges. I know there’s more than 2 Bartholos’s POV in this map, but I got the achievement after this two.
41) Masters in The Grove
Restore the shattered statuette using Oronyx’s Prayer
Go to the 4 spots marked in the location above in “Radiant Scarwood” Grove of Epiphany, and fix the statues by turning back the time.
42) Uppercut
Hiding in the outer sectors won’t save you…
※ Defeat the enemy lurking in the corner of “Universal Matrix” Great Tomb of the Nameless Titan using the Punch Action of the Hand of Zagreus
Activate the Hand of Zagreus on the far southwest platform, and head north to the end to find the small enemy behind all the mechanisms.
43) Memory Sorting & Reprocessing
Discover a strangely familiar barrel in “Universal Matrix” Great Tomb of the Nameless Titan
Go to the spot above in “Universal Matrix” Great Tomb of the Nameless Titan and interact with the “Thievishly Saintcan” and fight Bartholos.
44) Buta! Buta! Buta!
Discover a strangely familiar picture frame in “Universal Matrix” Great Tomb of the Nameless Titan
Go to the spot above in “Universal Matrix” Great Tomb of the Nameless Titan and interact with the “Mysterious Frame” and fight Bartholos.
45) Chirping Secret: The System of Four

※ Solve the prophecy puzzle in “Radiant Scarwood” Grove of Epiphany
First, go to the Bartholos’ POV in the location above in “Radiant Scarwood” Grove of Epiphany.
Look to the east (above the Shrine of Prayers icon), you can see many shields. One hit from Bartholos can turn the color of the shield (red and blue). Turn the shields to red in specific order as in the image above. You can refer to my video guide above starting at 12:42.
