As of February 28, 2025, Genshin Impact is in the midst of its Version 5.4 update, titled “Moonlight Amidst Dreams.”
This update takes players back to Inazuma, where they can participate in the Mikawa Flower Festival, a grand event celebrating the bond between humans and youkai.
The festival brings several new mini-games, including Akitsu Harpastum, Bunshin Phantasm, and A Little Fox’s Daydream, offering players fun challenges and exclusive rewards such as Primogems, Talent Books, and new event weapons.
New Playable Character: Yumemizuki Mizuki
A major highlight of Version 5.4 is the introduction of Yumemizuki Mizuki, a five-star Anemo healer from Inazuma. She wields a catalyst and plays a significant role in the festival’s storyline. Mizuki’s kit focuses on healing, Swirl-based team support, and elemental reaction boosts, making her a versatile addition to Anemo-focused teams.
Her banner was released alongside the update and will continue through the first half of Version 5.4. Players looking to add a strong Anemo support character to their roster may find Mizuki to be a valuable pick.

In addition to the character banners, new limited-time events and challenges will continue the festival’s theme, rewarding players with materials, weapons, and other valuable in-game items.
What’s Next for Genshin Impact?
With Version 5.4 offering new characters, events, and a return to Inazuma, players have plenty to explore and experience.
The game’s roadmap continues to expand, with future updates expected to introduce new regions, characters, and Archon Quest developments.
